Just Do Your Job

On Feb 9th, my wife and I went to go visit Preston. About halfway to Preston's site something looked different. When we got to his site, we realized his marker had finally been placed.

A gorgeous marble slab with a blue steel overlay had been placed. In Blue vase that can be locked into the marble slab looking like something I would have designed to withstand anything mother nature can do was at the very top of the marker. In that vase were the flowers we had placed there the week before. They had been transferred from the vases we had left to the new permanent one by workers who care and did their job.

His marker reads:

"He was the best Son, Brother, and Friend we could have ever asked for. Rest in peace beautiful angel. We will love you always and forever."

As I think about what has been happening with not only Preston's murder investigation but the other Gilbert goons attacks.

This could have all been avoided by people just doing their job.

Today marks 18 weeks or 126 days since my grandson was attacked by scum of the earth vermin slugs that will be delt with.

I don't understand how Gilbert PD made cases inactive due to apparent laziness or for other reasons. The chief of Gilbert PD states they couldn't tie the cases together because none of the victims called their attackers by the name gilbert goons and they say they had never heard of the goons, however, people that are teachers at the epicenter school of the goons are related to senior officers of the GPD. They had taken witness statements and seen videos with the same people in multiple attacks.  They obviously can't put cases together in order for the country attorney to charge goons as some of the ones they have charged are not being prosecuted. This can be rectified.

Chandler unified School district and their SRO's delt with reported death threats by moving the person that made the threats across the classroom so they didn't have to sit next to each other in class. They might have also brushed it all under the carpet because the person making the threats was related to a senior administrator in the same district. That same person might have texted threats showing guns and ammo with a statement similar to "are we clear" and might have orchestrated and organized another attack and might have texted a threat to that victim to stay quiet or "we will do you like we did Preston". I personally don't know for sure.

Queen Creek PD was at the scene of Preston's murder about an hour before he was killed. They were told by a person who later became a witness that the party was out of hand and needed to be broken up. Reports say and I don't know for sure but they never even got out of their car but they had seen no illegal activity taking place.

I have been an aircraft mechanic for almost 40 years and if myself or my coworkers didn't do our job people could die.

Because of the unwillingness of these people to do their job more people were attacked and yes a person died. I hope the people that didn't feel the need to do their job hear this and know because of their lack of action Preston was murdered.

Thank to the public and press for all of the support and reports. We wouldn't be as far along in this if it weren't for you.

These goons need to be classified as a criminal street gang it would enable the county attorney charge and prosecute individuals that previously had charges dropped. This will also bring the extra resources to help in investigations and change charges to felonies, double sentencing, charge as adults, and most importantly if they participated in any way from driving, cheering, videoing , or helping out in anyway you will be charged. Give the police what they need and change goon classification to that of a gang.

Don't be a bystander like the individuals that didn't do their job. Live like Preston and if you saw something, heard something, know something, then do something and report it. In the words of Preston's dad East Valley "You must Do Better."
